Shipping Area

VONE currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost

Standard U.S. shipping is free unless otherwise clearly stated during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 - 2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the following business day.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, standard delivery generally takes approximately 10 - 12 business days.

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Third-Party Fulfillment

VONE works with third-party fulfillment and shipping partners. Your order may therefore be processed or shipped from a facility or location different from VONE's primary business address.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order.

Please allow time for tracking information to update after your shipment has been processed.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact tryvonetoday@gmail.com as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped, we cannot guarantee that its destination can be changed.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect address entered by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information has not updated for an extended period or your order appears to be lost, contact tryvonetoday@gmail.com and we will assist you in investigating the shipment.

A shipment marked as delivered by the carrier may require an investigation before a replacement or refund can be issued.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and shipping packaging so that we can assist you.
