We want you to feel confident trying VONE. If you are not satisfied with an eligible VONE product purchased directly from our website, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

How to request a refund

To begin a return or refund request, contact us at tryvonetoday@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used to place your order.

Please do not send products back without first contacting us. If a physical return is required, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Opened supplement products

Because dietary supplements are consumable products, opened items cannot be restocked or resold. However, an opened VONE product may still be eligible for our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

For multi-unit or bundle purchases, we may require any additional unopened units to be returned before issuing a refund for those units.

Unopened returns

Unopened products must be in their original condition and packaging. If we request a return for reasons other than an incorrect, damaged, or defective shipment, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at tryvonetoday@gmail.com. We may request photographs of the product and shipping packaging so we can resolve the issue.

If the issue resulted from our error or the fulfillment process, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional return-shipping cost to you.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Free gifts and promotional items

Complimentary gifts have no cash value and are not separately refundable. If an order that included a free gift is refunded, we may request that an unused promotional gift be returned with the qualifying products. We will never deduct an undisclosed charge for a free promotional item.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part.

Fraud or abuse

VONE reserves the right to reject refund claims that we reasonably determine to be fraudulent or an abuse of the guarantee.
